Welcome to utcs.pk, the official digital B2B platform of Pearl Plastic Industry (United Trading Company). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, product showcase, technical data downloads, and quotation inquiry system.
1. B2B Showcase & Quotation Nature (No Direct Retail Sale)
- Informational & Inquiry Platform: utcs.pk is a Business-to-Business (B2B) industrial showcase platform. Submitting items to the "Inquiry Basket" or requesting a quote does not constitute a binding sale contract or an automated online financial transaction.
- Formal Quotations: All prices, minimum order quantities (MOQ), delivery schedules, and credit terms are subject to formal written confirmation, factory stock availability, and official quotation issued directly by Pearl Plastic Industry sales representatives.
- Price Adjustments: Industrial raw material costs (e.g., PPR-C resin, PVC resin) fluctuate. Prices provided in informal discussions or temporary lists are subject to change without prior notice until a Proforma Invoice / Purchase Order is executed.
2. Product Specifications & Technical Standards
- Manufacturing Standards: All PPRC Pipes & Fittings, PVC Pressure & Sewerage Pipes, Tile Bonds, and Construction Auxiliaries manufactured or distributed by Pearl Plastic Industry comply with applicable Pakistani and international quality standards (including DIN 8077/8078, ISO 15874, PSQCA, and PCSIR guidelines, where explicitly stated).
- Tolerances: Technical specifications, dimensions, wall thickness (e.g., PN16, PN20), weights, and color shades displayed on the website or PDF data sheets are subject to standard industrial manufacturing tolerances.
- Proper Application: It is the buyer’s, contractor’s, or qualified installer’s responsibility to verify that the selected pipe pressure class (PN rating) or adhesive grade is appropriate for their specific plumbing, structural, or chemical application.
3. Dealership & Wholesale Inquiries
- Submitting an "Authorized Dealership Application" does not guarantee approval. Dealership grants are subject to territory verification, commercial evaluation, and legal agreements executed offline.
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply to wholesale rates and direct factory dispatches.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on utcs.pk — including trademarks, company logos ("UTCS", "Pearl Plastic Industry"), product photography, 3D renders, technical CAD diagrams, text, layout designs, and downloadable PDF catalogs — is the exclusive intellectual property of Pearl Plastic Industry. You may download PDF data sheets and product catalogs for internal business reference or purchasing evaluation only.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
- Pearl Plastic Industry shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from improper storage, faulty site installation, third-party plumbing errors, or misuse of products supplied.
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Pakistan.
