All PPRC plugs are manufactured using 100% virgin PP-R80 raw material and tested for thread accuracy and leak-free sealing under system pressure, in line with DIN 8077/8078 material standards.

1. Wrap PTFE tape around the plug's threads for a leak-proof seal.
2. Hand-tighten the plug into the female-threaded outlet.
3. Use a wrench for the final quarter-turn to fully seat the plug.
4. Check for leaks under system pressure before closing up the installation.
