All PPRC gate valves are manufactured using 100% virgin PP-R80 raw material with a corrosion-resistant Plastic Cap handle assembly, tested according to DIN 8077/8078 standards for pressure resistance and leak-free sealing. Every batch is sampled and operation-tested before dispatch.

1. Cut pipe squarely using a PPRC pipe cutter.
2. Clean and dry both pipe ends and the valve's fusion sockets.
3. Heat both surfaces on the fusion welding machine and join pipe to each side of the valve.
4. Allow the joints to cool fully before operating the valve handle.
5. Test the valve in both open and closed positions under system pressure.
