All PPRC pipes are manufactured using 100% virgin PPR-R80 raw material and tested according to DIN 8077/8078 standards for pressure resistance, dimensional accuracy, and long-term hydrostatic strength. Every production batch is sampled and pressure-tested before dispatch.

1. Cut pipe squarely using a PPRC pipe cutter.
2. Clean and dry both the pipe end and fitting socket.
3. Heat both surfaces on the fusion welding machine for the specified time.
4. Join pipe and fitting quickly and hold steady until cooled.
5. Allow the joint to cool fully before pressure testing.
