✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear.

• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

? Items NOT Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

• Watches that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer

• Customized or engraved products

• Items purchased on clearance or during flash sales

• Gift cards or promotional items

? Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or wrong item, you can request an exchange within 7 days. We’ll cover all shipping costs in such cases.

1. Email us at returns@utcs.pk with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will review your request and send return instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

? Refunds

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after return approval.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

? Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product was damaged or incorrect).

• We recommend using a trackable courier service.
