Seller Policy – UTCS.PK

This Seller Policy outlines the rules, responsibilities, and expectations for all sellers on UTCS.PK. By registering as a seller, you agree to abide by the following terms.

1. Seller Registration

• All sellers must provide valid business information, including CNIC, contact details, and bank account information.

• UTCS.PK reserves the right to approve or reject any seller registration.

2. Product Listings

• Sellers are responsible for accurate product listings including title, description, specifications, pricing, and high-quality images.

• False, misleading, or low-quality listings may be removed without notice.

• Products must be genuine and not counterfeit. Selling fake or replica watches is strictly prohibited.

3. Order Fulfillment

• Sellers are responsible for timely order processing and dispatch.

• Orders must be shipped within the agreed timeframe (typically 1–3 business days).

• Tracking information must be updated once the order is shipped.

4. Quality Control

• All products must be checked for quality before dispatch.

• Damaged, used, or defective items should not be sent to customers.

• UTCS.PK reserves the right to suspend sellers who receive repeated complaints or negative reviews.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Sellers must honor UTCS.PK’s return and refund policies.

• In case of valid returns, sellers are responsible for accepting the returned item and issuing a refund or replacement as per policy.

6. Commission & Payouts

• UTCS.PK charges a commission on each successful sale. The commission rate will be shared with the seller during onboarding.

• Payouts to sellers are made after order completion and deduction of commission, typically within 7–14 business days.

• Any disputes regarding payouts must be reported within 7 days.

7. Prohibited Items

• Sellers may not list any illegal, offensive, or counterfeit products.

• Watches promoting hate speech, adult content, or violence are strictly prohibited.

8. Seller Conduct

• Sellers must treat customers with respect and respond to queries professionally.

• Harassment, abusive behavior, or unprofessional conduct may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

9. Termination of Seller Account

• UTCS.PK reserves the right to suspend or terminate any seller account for violation of platform rules, poor performance, or fraudulent activity.

• Sellers can also request account deactivation by contacting support.

10. Dispute Resolution

• In case of disputes between buyer and seller, UTCS.PK will act as a neutral party and make the final decision.

• All decisions made by UTCS.PK will be binding.

11. Legal & Compliance

• Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan.

• All business conducted through UTCS.PK must be transparent, ethical, and legal.
